How it works

	Search for your phone Search for your mobile phone using our search facility. Select the condition of your device; 'New', 'Working' or 'Faulty'. Then enter the IMEI number of your device, select if your device is network locked and your preferred payment options. P4P payment options are Bank Transfer, PayPal or Cheque.

	Login or Register After you've selected your device and added it to your basket, either register or login. Then follow through to checkout and submit your order.

	Freepost your phone After receiving our welcome pack, simply affix the freepost label to the enclosed padded envelope and send us your phone. We do recommend visiting the Post Office to receive a receipt of postage. And for more expensive items, using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

	Receive Payment! One we've received your device, we process bank payments usually same-day and cheque payments within 2-3 working days. We aim to keep you updated by email at each stage of our process. And we're only an email or phone call away if you want to have a chat.
